Enjoyment Duration
One hookah is intended for smoking from 40 minutes to 1 hour. This is the optimal time during which the tobacco retains its best taste qualities.
Quality Guarantee
We strive to make every experience perfect. If you feel that the prepared hookah does not meet your expectations, please inform the staff within the first 5 minutes. In this case, we will replace the hookah bowl free of charge.
Safety and Usage
To avoid accidents, please observe the following safety requirements:
- •Do not touch, push, or carry hookahs to another location yourself.
- •Do not remove or lift the heat chamber.
- •If you want to move to another table or have problems with hookah heat, contact the service staff. Only our specialists can safely move equipment or adjust the heat.
Liability for Equipment
We respect our environment and your comfort and ask you to do the same. The following fees apply for accidental or intentional damage to property:
